"Checkout didn’t really meet my usual expectations"
I was all set to place my order, but the checkout process was more frustrating than it should’ve been. It felt slow in a few spots, and I had to enter my information again, which was annoying. I also wish the shipping cost had been shown more clearly upfront instead of later in the process. The order did go through eventually, but for me, a checkout should be quick and straightforward, and this just wasn’t that smooth. Hopefully they improve it.

"Staff didn’t seem super knowledgeable"
I was hoping to get some clear answers, but, uh, the staff didn’t really seem to know much about the basic questions I had. I kept getting mixed info and had to ask the same thing a few different ways. Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but it made me feel unsure about ordering from them. Overall, frustrating.
"Shipping was ridiculously slow"
I ordered this expecting a normal delivery time, but it’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting. the shipping process feels like it’s being run by amateurs. Not impressed at all
"Showed Up Scratched"
The scope arrived with scratches on the body, and the box looked beat up too. For the price, I was expecting it to show up in much better condition. it just felt frustrating and disappointing to open it up and see that right away...

The packaging was disappointing. The box showed up crushed, like really crushed, and it didn’t feel like much care was taken with it.

A friend recommended the site to me, so I decided to give it a try. The overall experience was fine and the site was easy enough to use, but some of the items I wanted didn’t have the sizes or options available. It showed things in stock, just not always in the version I was looking for. I’d probably check back again, but I do wish the availability was a little better...

I ordered from Kenzies and didn’t realize my item was backordered until later. I was expecting clearer instructions or at least some kind of update letting me know what was going on with my order. A simple message about the delay would’ve made the whole experience a lot less frustrating

"Pretty frustrating to use on my phone"
I tried shopping on the site from my phone and it was a pain. Pages were loading slowly, the filters felt awkward to use, and every time I opened a product and went back, I’d lose my place and have to start over again.
The checkout part didn’t help either. Some of the buttons looked like they weren’t working right on mobile, and instead of the site making things easy, it felt like they made it my problem to figure out. I got frustrated and ended up buying somewhere else.

"Exchange process was frustrating and confusing"
I tried to do an exchange, and it was way more of a hassle than I expected. At times it seemed like things were moving along, but then I’d get slow replies or unclear instructions and have to follow up again. It wasn’t a total disaster, but the whole back-and-forth was annoying and made something simple feel unnecessarily complicated

I ordered one item and something completely different showed up. Mistakes happen, but dealing with support made it more frustrating because it felt like they were just copy-pasting the same generic replies instead of actually reading what I was saying. Annoying experience overall.

I reached out to support about my refund and they just kept brushing it off or ignoring it completely. I followed up more than once and still got nowhere. Give me a break, it shouldn’t be this hard to get a basic issue handled.

"Compatibility details were a bit off"
I ordered this after checking the compatibility info on the site, and at the time it seemed like it would work for my setup. When it showed up a few days later, the part looked right at first, but once I actually tried installing it, it didn’t fit the way the page made it sound like it would.
I reached out to customer service that same week, and they did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. By then, I had already spent a fair amount of time trying to figure out the issue on my own.
It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but if I were ordering again, I’d definitely double check everything before buying. The compatibility info really needs to be more specific so people don’t run into the same problem.

I only placed the order because there was a promo going on, but of course the discount didn’t apply properly at checkout. I reached out to support and they did get back to me, but it took a while and didn’t really solve anything. I ended up paying more than I planned, which is the part I’m still annoyed about. Maybe the product is fine, but the whole checkout situation made the experience disappointing.

I ordered thinking it would show up in a few days, but the delivery date kept getting pushed back. The tracking barely changed, and I had to reach out twice just to figure out what was going on. my gut says this place isn’t very reliable, so I probably won’t order from here again.

I checked out Kenzies Optics because they had a few items that looked like good deals, and the prices were okay overall. Some stuff seemed fairly priced, but other things weren’t really much cheaper than anywhere else. Shipping also bumped the total up more than I expected. I did ask support about it, and they basically said something like, “shipping depends on the item and location,” which is fair, but still something to keep in mind. I’d say it’s worth buying from them if you catch a sale, but I’d compare prices first before checking out.

Thinking back on it, I really wasn’t happy with the experience. I remember the order taking longer than I expected, and the whole process felt a bit confusing from start to finish. When I needed help, I don’t recall getting much support either. Based on how it went for me, I probably wouldn’t use this site again.

I called Kenzies Optics with what I thought was a simple question about my order, but the whole thing ended up being really frustrating. I was on hold for a long time, and when someone finally answered, they seemed like they were trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible.
I felt kind of pressured while talking to them, like I had to hurry my question even though I still wasn’t getting a clear answer. I had to repeat myself a couple times, and by the end I was more annoyed than helped. Maybe emailing them is better, but the phone support definitely made me think twice about ordering again.

"Return was more hassle than expected"
I had a frustrating time trying to return my order. It was not clear what I was supposed to do, and every reply seemed to take longer than it should. I felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic help. it was not a great experience.
